Hot clam dip
Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine - 1/4 lb
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- oregano - 1 tsp
- parsley - 1 tsp
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
- Tabasco - 1/2 tsp
- shredded Cheddar or Mozzarella - 1 c
- cans minced clam - 2 item
How to make hot clam dip:
Melt margarine. Add onion and pepper. Add parsley, oregano and Tabasco sauce. After mixture is cooked, add bread crumbs. Sprinkle cheese on top and blend. Add clams and mix together. Pour into 9-inch pie plate. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Low Carb.
