Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp
- whipped cream - 1 item
- unsweetened cocoa - 1/3 c
- milk* - 4 c
How to make hot chocolate:
*For thicker chocolate, include in the milk 1 can evaporated milk.In a pot, mix cocoa and sugar. Add 1 cup milk and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Stir in balance of milk and return to the boiling point, but do not boil. Remove from fire and stir in extract. Top with whipped cream. Makes 4 (8 ounce) servings.
