Horseradish mustard



Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- eggs - 2 item
- brown sugar - 3 Tbsp
- water - 1/3 c
- dry mustard - 1 c
- prepared horseradish - 1 Tbsp
- onion salt - 2 tsp
- caraway seed - 1 tsp
- dry sherry - 3/4 c
- red pepper - 1/8 tsp
How to make horseradish mustard:
Mix all items in saucepan, except eggs and horseradish. Let stand several hours. Add eggs; stir with wire whip. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Stir in horseradish. Jar, cool, cover and refrigerate. Keeps for several months.Recipe categories: Sauces, Savory sauces, Herb and spice mixes.
