Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/4 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • brown sugar - 3 Tbsp
  • water - 1/3 c
  • dry mustard - 1 c
  • prepared horseradish - 1 Tbsp
  • onion salt - 2 tsp
  • caraway seed - 1 tsp
  • dry sherry - 3/4 c
  • red pepper - 1/8 tsp

How to make horseradish mustard:

Mix all items in saucepan, except eggs and horseradish. Let stand several hours. Add eggs; stir with wire whip. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Stir in horseradish. Jar, cool, cover and refrigerate. Keeps for several months.
