Homemade soft taco shells
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- cornstarch - 5 Tbsp
- oil - 1 Tbsp
- cornmeal - 1 c
- plus 1/4 c - 2 c
How to make homemade soft taco shells:
Place all ingredients in bowl (except 1/4 cup milk). Mix with a wire whisk until well blended. Spray a small 8-inch skillet with cooking spray. Place skillet on medium heat. Put 1/2 cup batter in pan and roll it around (it will stick to the sides of the pan). Flip it over when edges are brown. Stir batter between each shell.
