Homemade peach ice cream

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• eggs - 5 item
• milk - 1 item
• dash of salt - 1 item
• large cans evaporated milk - 2 item
• vanilla to taste - 1 item
• to 8 ripe peaches, peeled and chopped - 6 item

How to make homemade peach ice cream:

Put in blender the eggs, sugar and 1 can of milk. Blend well. Pour into freezer tub. Add peaches to blender and 1 can of milk and blend well. Add salt and vanilla. Pour into freezer tub and finish filling with milk. Stir well and taste for flavoring. Freeze according to directions for your ice cream freezer. Makes 1 gallon.
