How to make homemade noodles:
Put eggs in a bowl. Beat with a fork. Add a little salt and flour (continue adding flour until you can handle easily). Then roll out. Add flour, roll out and turn over until dough is real thin. Let dry for 30 minutes to one hour. Roll up dough and cut into small noodles.Chicken:1 chicken Cook chicken 1 to 2 hours in salted water. Remove chicken onto a platter. Put broth in refrigerator to cool. Take chicken off bone. When broth is chilled remove grease off the top. Bring broth and chicken to a boil and add noodles.
