Homemade brownies
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- milk - 3 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- butter - 1 tsp
- cocoa - 8 Tbsp
- confectioners sugar
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- plain flour
- butter 2 sticks, softened - 1 c
How to make homemade brownies:
Icing:1 c. confectioners sugar2 Tbsp. cocoa3 tsp. milk1 tsp. vanilla1 tsp. butter Mix all ingredients well. Add nuts. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 325°. For chewy brownies, punch small dowel rod holes in brownies and pour icing over top, smoothing icing as it fills holes. Cool and serve.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Brownies.
