Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 8 oz
- can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
- strawberry Jell-O
How to make holiday jello mold:
Mix Jell-O according to package directions and then add pecans, pineapple and strawberries to the mixture. Pour half of the mixture into a mold and refrigerate until solid. After Jell-O has jelled, then spoon the sour cream over the solid Jell-O. Next add remainder of the Jell-O mixture on top of sour cream; refrigerate until firm.Recipe categories: Low protein, Fruit, Salads.
