Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2/3 c
- Bisquick - 3 c
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- parsley flakes - 2 Tbsp
- shredded cheese - 4 c
- prepared spicy mustard - 2 tsp
- fine chopped fully cooked ham
How to make holiday ham balls:
Heat oven to 350°. Lightly grease pan, 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls. Place about 2 inches apart in pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until brown. Immediately remove from pan. Serve warm. Yields about 7 dozen appetizers. (High Altitude: No changes necessary.)Recipe categories: Appetizers, Pork, Ham.
