Hawaiian pork chops



Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- catsup - 1 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- pineapple juice - 1/2 c
- pineapple slices unsweetened, drain and reserve juice - 6 item
- with bone - 6 loin
How to make hawaiian pork chops:
In large skillet sprayed with vegetable spray, cook onion and green pepper until onion is clear. Remove from skillet. Mix flour, salt and pepper in plastic bag. Add chops, one at a time; shake to coat meat. Brown chops in skillet. Place pineapple slice on top of each chop. Sprinkle with onion and green pepper. Combine vinegar, catsup and pineapple juice to make sauce. Pour over chops. Simmer 45 minutes or until chops are done. Calories: 179 per serving.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Tropical fruits, Pork.
