Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 lb
- sour cream - 1 pt
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated cheese - 2 c
- crushed corn flakes - 2 c
- melted oleo
How to make hash brown potato casserole:
Defrost potatoes and mix all ingredients togethe reserving 1/4 c. oleo and corn flakes. Put in greased casserole dish and bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Top with crushed corn flakes and 1/4 c. oleo.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
