Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 lb
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated cheese - 2 c
- bread crumbs - 1 c
How to make hash brown casserole:
Mix all ingredients together and put in a large buttered baking dish. Top with 1 cup or more bread crumbs. Mix with 1/2 cup melted butter. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
