Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- frozen hash browns - 1 pkg
- shredded cheese, divided - 2 c
How to make hash brown casserole:
Lightly spray 13 x 9-inch glass pan with Pam. Layer hash browns in bottom of pan. Combine mushroom soup, chicken soup, sour cream and 1 cup cheese. Pour over hash browns. Top with 1 cup shredded cheese. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until cheese on top is bubbly brown.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
