Ingredients/Components
- stick butter, melted - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1/2 item
- bag frozen hash browns, thawed - 2 lb
- cheese crackers, crumbled for topping - 1 item
How to make hash brown casserole:
Preheat oven to 350°. Place hash browns in buttered 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Mix other ingredients, except crackers. Spread mixture on top of hash browns and top with crackers. Bake for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
