Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 lb
- sour cream - 12 oz
- stick margarine - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- onion, chopped - 1/2 c
- salt to taste - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 2 c
- dash of white pepper - 1 item
- corn flakes, crushed - 1/2 c
How to make hash brown casserole:
Place potatoes in a greased 9 x 13 dish. Season with salt and white pepper. Mix together sour cream and soup. Pour over potatoes. Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Top with corn flakes. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Side dish, Casseroles.
