Harvard beets



Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- water - 1/4 c
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- margarine - 1 Tbsp
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- 2 can beets
How to make harvard beets:
Mix sugar and cornstarch; add water and vinegar. Boil 5 minutes. Drain beets and add. Cook slowly, stirring occasionally until beets are heated. Add margarine; season with salt and pepper.Recipe categories: American, Side dish, Vegetables.
