- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- 9-inch pie shell - 1 item
- flour plain - 1 Tbsp
- shredded cheese - 1 c
- finely chopped ham - 1 c
How to make ham and cheese quiche:
Mix eggs, milk and flour with wire whisk or rotary beater until mixed well, but not foamy, then mix cheese and ham with egg mixture. Pour into pie shell. Bake from 35 to 40 minutes on moderate temperature until puffy and golden.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Side dish, Main dish.
