Guacamole dip
Ingredients/Components
- salt
- salad oil - 1/2 tsp
- small onion, chopped fine - 1/2 item
- mayonnaise - 1 tsp
- Tabasco sauce to taste - 1 item
- large avocado - 1 item
- dried red pepper or 1 whole green chile pepper - 1/2 item
- ripe tomato, seeds removed and peeled - 1/2 item
How to make guacamole dip:
In bowl, combine all ingredients. Let set 1 hour. Serve in bowl or on salad greens.(If using for dip, cut avocado in half; scoop out meat and refill with dip. Place on plate with chips, crackers or fried tortillas.)
