- butter - 1/4 lb
- cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- onions, chopped - 2 item
- portions of fish fillets - 8 item
- juice from 2 limes or lemons
- spicy mustard - 3 Tbsp
How to make grilled red snapper:
Melt butter in a saucepan. Add onions and saut?© until clear. Add garlic, lemon/lime juice, mustard, salt and pepper.Preparation time: 15 minutes. Cooking time: 10 to 15 minutes.
