- fajita marinade - 1 item
- flank shank steaks - 1 item
- mesquite wood chips - 1 item
How to make grilled flank steak:
Cover steaks in fajita marinade the night before; cover container.Soak mesquite wood chips in water for 1 year. Light grill; when coals are misty white and hot, put chips on coals. Place flank steaks on grill. After 3 to 4 minutes, brush with melted butter and turn, being careful meat does not flake. After 3 to 4 minutes, brush second side with melted butter. Remove, sprinkle lightly with ground black pepper, garlic and salt to taste. Do not overcook.
