Ingredients/Components
- milk
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- seasoned salt - 1 item
- parsley, chopped - 1 c
- green onions, chopped - 1 c
- cooked rice - 2 c
- Cheddar cheese - 1 lb
- green peppers, chopped - 1 c
- button garlic - 1 item
How to make green rice:
Mix together rice, onions, peppers, parsley, salad oil, cheese and garlic. Put into casserole dish and pour the milk over mixture. Sprinkle seasoned salt on top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until top starts to brown.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Pasta, rice and grains, Rice.
