Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- plain flour - 2 c
- 2 can crushed pineapple
- Add eggs and pineapple; mix thoroughly
How to make granny cake:
Sift flour, salt and sugar together in mixing bowl. Add eggs and pineapple; mix thoroughly. Pour into greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar and nuts. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.Topping:1/2 c. butter1 c. sugar1 c. milk1 tsp. vanilla Melt butter; stir in sugar and milk. Cook over low heat in saucepan. Boil for 10 minutes. Add vanilla.
