Garlic tomato soup
Ingredients/Components
- paprika - 2 Tbsp
- chicken broth
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- olive oil
- big cloves garlic, minced - 3 item
- pureed fresh tomatoes - 4 c
- Tabasco and butter to taste - 1 item
How to make garlic tomato soup:
Heat oil; saute garlic for 1 to 2 minutes. Remove pan from heat; stir in paprika. Return to low heat; stir 1 minute. The minute it sizzles, add broth and tomatoes. Puree in blender, then simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Add Tabasco and butter. Serves 6.Recipe categories: American, Vegetables, Soups & stews.
