Fudge



Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- dash of salt - 1 item
- peanut butter - 1/4 1/2
- cocoa dry type - 1/4 c
- walnuts optional - 1 item
How to make fudge:
Cook sugar, milk, cocoa and salt in saucepan until it reaches soft ball stage. Remove from heat. Add vanilla, butter, peanut butter and walnuts, if you like. Beat until glossy. Turn into a buttered dish. Cool for 30 minutes. Cut and enjoy.Recipe categories: Desserts, Candy, Fudge.
