Fruit cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• chopped pecans - 2 qt
• butter - 1 lb
• vanilla flavoring - 1 Tbsp
• eggs, beaten - 10 item
• plain flour - 4 c
• lemon flavoring - 1 Tbsp
• candied cherries - 1 lb
• pineapple candied - 1 lb

How to make fruit cake:

Cream the butter and sugar. Add eggs, flour and remaining ingredients; mix well. Bake at 300° for 30 minutes, then 250° for 1 hour.

Note: Use 1 cup of flour to mix with fruit and nuts.
