Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- chopped pecans - 2 qt
- butter - 1 lb
- vanilla flavoring - 1 Tbsp
- eggs, beaten - 10 item
- plain flour - 4 c
- lemon flavoring - 1 Tbsp
- candied cherries - 1 lb
- pineapple candied - 1 lb
How to make fruit cake:
Cream the butter and sugar. Add eggs, flour and remaining ingredients; mix well. Bake at 300° for 30 minutes, then 250° for 1 hour.Note: Use 1 cup of flour to mix with fruit and nuts.
