  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • box powdered sugar - 1 item
  • box yellow cake mix - 1 item
  • Wesson oil - 2/3 c
  • box vanilla instant pudding - 1 item
  • pecans optional - 1 c
  • brandied fruit

How to make friendship cake:

Beat cake mix, eggs, pudding and oil together. Then add fruit and nuts. Bake in a greased Bundt pan at 350° from 40 to 60 minutes.

Icing: Bring cream cheese and margarine to room temperature. Combine cream cheese, margarine, powdered sugar and vanilla. Blend well with mixer and spread on cool cake.
