Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 item
- flour - 1 c
- egg - 1 item
- all-purpose flour - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- sliced dill pickles - 1 item
- to 6 drops Tabasco sauce - 5 item
How to make fried dill pickles:
Mix beaten egg with milk, Worcestershire, Tabasco and 1 tablespoon flour. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix 2 cups flour with salt and pepper to taste in a separate bowl. Dip pickles in egg wash, then in flour and in egg wash again and flour. Fry in 350° deep fat. Fry to golden brown.Recipe categories: Appetizers, American, Southern u.s..
