Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• cinnamon - 2 tsp
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• almond extract - 1/4 tsp
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• melted butter - 3 Tbsp
• nuts - 1 c
• powdered sugar
• salad oil - 1 c
• thinly sliced apples - 4 c
• small or 2 large eggs - 3 item
• Add remaining ingredients except apples and nuts and mix well

How to make fresh apple cake:

Mix eggs and salad oil until foamy. Add remaining ingredients except apples and nuts and mix well. Add apples and nuts and mix. Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.Frosting:2 small pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese3 Tbsp. melted butter1/4 tsp. almond extract1 1/2 c. powdered sugar Mix all frosting ingredients together and spread over cake when cool. Enjoy.
