- flour - 12 c
- shortening
- water approximately - 7 c
- corn meal - 3 c
How to make flat bread:
In a bowl, mix together all ingredients except water. Add enough water to make a stiff dough. Roll dough out thin on floured board. Bake on a lefse grill, then place in a 325° oven until crisp.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Pizza.
