Ingredients/Components
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can tomato paste - 1 8
- bottle ketchup - 1 item
- bacon - 1/2 lb
- flounder filets - 3 lbs
- Tabasco sauce 1 Tbsp - 1/2 oz
How to make fish stew:
Fry bacon. Remove from pan. Brown onions in drippings. Place 3 c. water in large pot. Bring to boil. Pour onion and drippings into pot. Add fish, Tabasco, Worcestershire and salt and pepper. Cook until fish is done. Add ketchup and tomato paste. Cook 2 hours. Serve over rice.Recipe categories: Main dish, Fish, Stew.
