Ingredients/Components
- catsup - 3 Tbsp
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- bread crumbs - 1/3 c
- medium onion, chopped fine - 1 item
- eggs or egg substitute - 3 item
- canned salmon - 1 pt
- Cheddar cheese, sliced thin - 1 item
- salsa medium-hot - 4 Tbsp
- chopped garlic bottled in oil - 1 tsp
How to make fish patties:
Combine all ingredients except cheese in a bowl. Form into patties. Fry until crisp in hot olive oil. Top with a slice of cheese. Serve with mustard or salsa sauce. Also makes a great burger sandwich. Serve on a bun with lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise.Recipe categories: Main dish, One Dish meal, Freshwater fish.
