Ingredients/Components
- raisins - 1/2 c
- margarine - 1/2 c
- peanut butter - 1/2 c
- marshmallows - 1 pkg
- Rice Krispies cereal - 4 c
- unsalted peanuts - 1 c
- Minute Oats cereal - 2 c
How to make energy bars:
Melt first 3 ingredients in a microwave oven on High for 2 minutes. Stir. (Optional: Toast Rice Krispies and Minute Oats in oven at 300° for 10 minutes.) Mix Rice Krispies and Minute Oats into the marshmallow mixture. Spread into 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle with sesame seed. Pat mixture evenly, using plastic wrap. Cool.
