Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 item
- salad oil - 1 item
- shredded lettuce - 1 item
- hamburger - 1 1
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 item
- chopped tomatoes - 1 item
- black olives - 1 item
- picante sauce - 1 item
- flour tortillas - 1 item
- cans enchilada sauce - 2 item
How to make enchiladas:
Note: I use Old El Paso mild enchilada sauce.Fry hamburger until done and drain. Add 1 can enchilada sauce and simmer.
Fry tortillas in a small amount of oil to soften. Drain on paper towels.
To assemble: Fill tortilla with hamburger and cheese mixture. Roll up and place in greased 9 x 13-inch pan(s). Cover with second can of enchilada sauce and bake at 350° for about 30 to 35 minutes.
Serve hot with sour cream, lettuce, etc.
