vanilla - 1 tsp
granulated sugar - 1/2 c
salt - 1/2 tsp
flour
brown sugar - 1 c
nutmeg - 1 tsp
soda - 1/2 tsp
egg - 1 item
shortening - 1/2 c
eggnog - 1 c
finely ground nuts - 1/2 c

How to make eggnog cookies:

Cream shortening, sugars, vanilla, egg and eggnog. Sift together flour, soda, salt and nutmeg; then add to sugar mixture. Add nuts. Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes.
