Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 6 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 2 c
- sliced green onion - 1/2 c
- soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- can drained bean sprouts - 1 item
- rice and vermicelli mix - 1 pkg
- Beat eggs with soy sauce, salt and pepper
How to make egg foo yong:
Prepare mix according to package directions. Beat eggs with soy sauce, salt and pepper. Stir in cooled rice mixture, bean sprouts and sliced onions. Drop by 1/2 cupfuls on greased griddle.
