Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 7 item
- cans whole green chilies - 2 item
- small sour cream - 1 item
- Colby cheese - 1 lb
How to make egg casserole:
Slit peppers (scrape seeds out) and lay in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Grate cheese and lay on top of peppers. Beat eggs with a fork.
