  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • all-purpose flour - 1/2 c
  • large eggs - 3 item
  • German sweet chocolate - 2 oz

How to make edelweiss fudge pie:

In medium saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate and butter, stirring constantly, just until butter is melted and chocolate is softened. Remove from heat, cool to room temperature.

In large mixing bowl, beat eggs until foamy. Add sugar and brown sugar. Beat at high speed for 1 minute. Add flour. Add chocolate mixture and vanilla. Beat until well combined. Pour into greased 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 325° for 40 minutes.
