- vanilla - 1 tsp
- evaporated milk - 1/4 c
- cocoa - 1/3 c
- Cool Whip - 2 c
- stick oleo - 1 item
- instant vanilla pudding mix
- box graham crackers - 1 item
- tub Cool Whip - 1 (16
How to make eclair cake:
Mix cool milk with pudding mix until thick and fold in Cool Whip. In a 13 x 11-inch dish, place a layer of pudding mixture, then a layer of graham crackers. Repeat layers, finishing with crackers on top.Mix the next 5 ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil; boil for 1 minute. Cool slightly and spread over cake top. Chill cake overnight.
