Easy stuffed mushrooms
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 item
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 1 item
- onion - 1 item
- large mushrooms - 1 item
- gravy - 1 item
How to make easy stuffed mushrooms:
Cut off stems and hollow out mushroom tops. Brown ground beef and onion. Add enough gravy (jar or canned gravy is okay) just to hold meat together. Coat inside of each mushroom cap with sour cream. Spoon in meat mixture and top with shredded cheese. Bake on lightly greased cookie sheet, uncovered, at 450° for 15 to 20 minutes.
