Easy peanut butter cookies
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- water - 2 Tbsp
- peanut butter creamy or crunchy - 1 c
- 2 layer size yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
- flour not self-rising - 1/4 c
How to make easy peanut butter cookies:
Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Make crisscross with floured fork. Bake at 350° for 10 to 20 minutes.Can add 1/2 to 1 cup chocolate chips or 1/2 cup nuts, if desired. Makes about 4 dozen.
