Easy banana pudding
Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine - 1 Tbsp
- vanilla pudding mix - 1 serving
- vanilla wafers - 48 item
- 1/2 cups milk - 2 item
- medium bananas, sliced - 2 item
- whipped cream or topping - 1 item
How to make easy banana pudding:
Line the bottoms and sides of a 8 inch cake pan or 1 1/2 quart baking dish with wafers. Combine pudding mix, milk and butter in a sauce pan. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full rolling boil. Remove from heat.Layer slices of banana over vanilla wafers, then add a layer of pudding. Repeat layers. Chill until firm, about 3 hours. Serve with whipped cream or topping.
