Easy artichoke dip
Ingredients/Components
- Parmesan cheese - 2 3
- pepper to taste - 1/4 tsp
- garlic salt to taste - 1/2 tsp
- capers - 1 tsp
- oregano, crushed - 1/2 tsp
- basil, crushed - 1/2 tsp
- mayo - 3 4
- chopped green olives optional - 2 Tbsp
- can artichoke hearts, cleaned and coarsely chopped - 1 item
- to 2 Italian tomatoes, coarsely chopped - 1 item
How to make easy artichoke dip:
Mix together in an ovenproof covered dish with a large spoon. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until warm through. Serve with crackers.This is an easy add-to-recipe. Consider adding seafood and other fresh veggies. It takes all of 5 to 10 minutes to prepare!
