- cream cheese - 1 pkg
- stick margarine - 1 item
- nuts - 1 c
- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- small can coconut - 1 item
- box Swiss chocolate cake mix - 1 item
How to make earthquake cake:
Mix box of Swiss chocolate cake mix as directed. Pour over nuts and coconut. Melt the margarine, powdered sugar and cream cheese until creamy. Spoon over top of cake mixture. Bake at 350° for about 55 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Breads.
