Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 c
- shortening - 1 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- paprika - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- catsup - 3 Tbsp
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- pork chops one-inch thick - 6 item
How to make deviled pork chops:
Season pork chops with salt, black pepper and red pepper. Heat shortening in skillet; brown chops on both sides. Add water. Add other ingredients (mixed together) over top of chops. Cover and cook over slow heat until done.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Pork.
