Ingredients/Components
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- mustard - 4 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- hot sauce - 3 Tbsp
- small onion, diced - 1 item
- green pepper, diced - 1 item
- crabmeat - 1 lb
- cracker meal - 1 item
- toasted bread crumbs - 1/2 c
How to make deviled crabs:
Heat oven to 375°. Mix all ingredients, except cracker meal, together. Pack mixture well into cleaned crab shells. Sprinkle with cracker meal. Place in baking pan and bake about 30 minutes. This is also a good stuffing for shrimp or fish. Yield: 8 deviled crabs.Recipe categories: Side dish, Shellfish, Crab.
