Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- fresh crab meat - 1 lb
- saltine cracker crumbs - 3/4 c
- pimento, chopped fine - 1 Tbsp
- parsley, chopped fine - 1 Tbsp
- small onion, chopped fine green onion - 1 item
- prepared mustard Frenches - 2 Tbsp
How to make deviled crab:
Make into cakes and warm in oven if you like. Or, mix well and place in ramekins or crab shells. Place on tray and put under broiler until brown. (The onion and bell pepper can be saut?©ed in butter if you like.)Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Crab.
