Deep dish pizza
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- water - 3/4 c
- Bisquick - 3 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- Italian seasoning - 1 tsp
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 2 c
- cloves garlic, crushed - 2 item
- jar sliced mushrooms - 1 item
How to make deep dish pizza:
Mix Bisquick and water; knead 20 times. Pat into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Brown meat and drain grease. Saute meat with onion, garlic and salt. Mix in tomato sauce and seasoning. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes, adding a little water if necessary. Pour mixture over the dough. Add mushrooms and pepper; top with cheese.
