Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• milk - 1 c
• flour - 2 c
• oil
• cocoa - 3/4 c
• baking powder - 2 tsp
• baking soda - 2 tsp
• coffee - 1 c

How to make dark chocolate cake:

Bowl 2:1/2 c. oil1 c. coffee1 c. milk2 tsp. vanilla2 eggs Sift together all ingredients in Bowl 1. Beat at low speed all ingredients in Bowl 2. Add dry ingredients from Bowl 1. Bake in oven at 350° for 45 minutes for cakes or 20 to 25 minutes for cupcakes. Cool Whip is great icing for this cake.
