Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chicken stock - 2 c
- cucumbers - 2 item
- cube butter - 1 item
How to make cucumber soup:
Peel and remove seeds from cucumbers. Place in boiling salted water to cover. Simmer for 5 minutes; drain and chop. Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour and stir. Add stock; bring to a boil. Add cucumbers, salt and pepper; simmer until cucumbers are tender. Mix in blender and reheat to serve.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Bisques/cream soups.
