  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • molasses - 1 c
  • prepared mustard - 2 Tbsp
  • medium onion - 1 item
  • Great Northern beans - 2 lb
  • table salt - 1 tsp
  • diced bacon - 1 lb

How to make crock-pot baked beans:

Soak beans in water for 2 to 4 hours. Drain and rinse beans. Brown diced bacon until medium done. With slotted spoon, remove from grease. Place all ingredients in crock-pot. Add enough water to cover ingredients. Turn crock-pot on high setting until starts to boil, then turn on low setting. Let cook for 8 to 10 hours or until beans are tender. (I start beans the night before and let cook all night.)
